**The Client**
We are partnering with an instantly recognizable business who operate out of their head office in the Bayside area. This is an exciting full time permanent Payroll Adviser job opportunity where you will work as part of a team environment. Due to the scale of employees that work for this company, this payroll department operate a fast paced and high volume environment and are seeking someone who can add value to their team and culture, while successfully managing the high volume element to this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
Reporting into an experienced Payroll Manager, and working as part of a team you will be responsible for but not limited to the following;
- Fortnightly payroll processing for approximately 8500 Team Members
- Maintain Kronos timesheet systems and approve timesheets for pay runs
- Setting up new Team Members in SuccessFactors
- Maintain and Update Team Members Profiles in SuccessFactors
- Centrelink - Government Paid Paternal Payments
- Growing Families - Parental Leave Payments
- WorkCover Payments
- LSL Calculation for Team Members
- Calculate Terminations and Redundancy payments
- Off Cycle Adjustment Payments
- Fortnightly reporting of Job Cost report and Overtime report
- Multiple Awards and EBA interpretation
- Maintain tickets with store queries and payroll errors
- Liaise with PCP and Area Managers regarding all Payroll related issues
- Ad-hoc MS Excel reporting when required
- Union deductions and liaise with Unions when necessary
- Maintain Superannuation payments
- Process rejected banking payments
To be successful my client requires the following attributes and skillsets;
- Experience using SAP/SuccessFactors is highly preferred, otherwise a similar payroll system.
- High volume processing, upwards of 500 employees.
- Retail experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong payroll knowledge.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- The ability to work as part of a team environment, as well as managing your own workload in an autonomous fashion.
- End to end experience, with a minimum of 4 years payroll experience.
