Job Description
As a Managing Consultant (Mobility) in Egis' Transport business line, you will manage client relationships, develop proposals, and deliver high-quality projects across the ANZ region, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
* Lead and manage a team to meet client and project requirements, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget.
* Identify and qualify new clients, develop pursuit plans, and manage bid activities.
* Generate new business through existing and new client relationships.
* Provide expertise in traffic engineering, land use/transport integration, and approval processes.
* Advise on transport planning, infrastructure, and network design for various modes.
* Develop feasible project recommendations within budget and timeline constraints.
* Undertake traffic impact assessments and business case analyses.
Qualifications
Ideally, you will have at least 10 years' experience in a similar role within a consultancy, along with:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Urban Planning, Transport Planning, Engineering, Business, Economics)
* Understanding of transport and urban planning, placemaking, and transport assessments
* Experience advising on public sector projects
* Leadership skills with experience guiding project teams
* Project management skills across full project cycles
* Proven success in proposal development and business pursuits
* GIS experience is desirable
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
