About the Role
Are you an experienced healthcare recruiter looking to take your career in-house? We're seeking a driven GP Recruitment Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the National Workforce Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting, onboarding, and retaining talented doctors for our medical centres across Australia. You'll partner closely with Regional Managers to recruit GPs for multiple sites, with a commission structure that rewards your success.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and selecting candidates.
* Coordinate credentialing, medical registration, provider number applications, and visa sponsorships.
* Design and deliver targeted recruitment campaigns for specific roles and locations.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
* Contribute to workforce planning and implement innovative strategies to meet staffing needs.
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM and shared systems.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in GP or healthcare recruitment, ideally within an agency environment.
* Proactive sourcing skills, including networking, database mining, and leveraging referrals.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
* Results-oriented mindset, able to manage multiple priorities and consistently achieve KPIs.
* Knowledge of workforce planning and medical registration processes (highly regarded).
* Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems (desirable).
* Willingness to travel to sites as required.
