As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Information Services business unit through daily operations. This includes managing Council's Information Management, Business Systems and ICT Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
* Assist in training staff in use of Council's records management system.
* Ensure staff understanding and compliance with records management requirements.
Requirements:
* Experience providing administrative support in a busy environment.
* Strong computer, recordkeeping, and data management skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Effective time management and organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
This is a full-time position resulting from an internal secondment. The role is based in Bairnsdale and commences as soon as possible. If successful, you will need to undertake a police check and be legally entitled to work in Australia.
