Be able to confidently manage, lead and administer construction site activities on assets throughout the NT remote communities.
Travel and stay in remote communities
Key responsibilities
- Be confident using an iPad for email (open, reply and manage emails) and accessing site plans & Baams drawings
- Understand and write up a Scope of Works and manage Scope of Works alterations
- Complete Site Inspections and upload before, during and after photos via links and QR codes
- Sign off documents (getting signatures from required personnel) and email/generate weekly reports
- Determine materials and possible quantities needed for job completion (write up a material list)
- Budget and estimate work tasks; estimate labour hours required
- Complete SWMS, CO C, Insurance and Safety documentation and Compliance Checklists
- Maintain client relationships and be a skilled symbol of QCM’s culture in remote communities
- Deal with different personalities of contractors, clients and local community personnel
