What you'll be doing
* Allocate and schedule daily jobs for drivers and vehicles
* Debrief drivers' operations, track break times, timelines, service completion and performance.
* Follow up on driver inductions and trainings.
* Coordinate with Customer Service to resolve service issues and schedule access
* Liaise with drivers and internal teams to ensure efficient operations
* Identify and help resolve operational issues
What you'll bring
* Experience in fleet, logistics, or service scheduling
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Problem-solving mindset, high attention to detail and strong administrative skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Experience with Waste is desirable.
