Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager ready to lead operations in a fast-paced Cross-Dock environment ?
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive leader to ensure seamless freight flow and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse activities in a Cross-Dock setting, including inbound and outbound freight coordination.
Manage inventory accuracy and ensure efficient handling of Freight All Kinds (FAK) .
Lead and mentor a team to achieve operational KPIs while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Optimize warehouse processes to improve turnaround times and reduce costs.
Collaborate with transport and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
Must Have Proven experience in warehouse management within a Cross-Dock environment .
FAK (Freight All Kinds) experience is essential.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
