Tritium is accelerating the global shift to electric mobility, and we're looking for a Systems & DFMEA Engineer to strengthen the reliability, safety, and robustness of our products. This role sits at the intersection of systems engineering, design risk, and validation, working across hardware, firmware, software, and testing teams.
What You'll Do
* Support system-level design and integration for DC fast charging platforms
* Define and maintain requirements, interfaces, and traceability
* Lead and facilitate DFMEA for subsystems and full product architectures
* Drive risk reduction actions and link DFMEA outcomes to verification and validation
* Support root cause analysis, design improvements, and lessons learned
* Collaborate with quality and compliance teams to meet UL, IEC, and CE requirements
What You'll Bring
* Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Systems Engineering
* 7+ years' experience in complex electro‐mechanical or power electronics systems
* Strong, hands‐on DFMEA leadership experience
* Solid systems engineering and requirements management capability
* Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering teams
