Job Title: Customer Service Representative
R&J Batteries is one of the largest battery and lubricant distributors across Australia and New Zealand.
We're a family-owned business passionate about what we do. We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality products to customers, building relationships, and making sales. They will thrive on providing superior service in a fast-paced environment.
1. Deliver batteries and accessories to trade/wholesale customers including farmers.
3. Complete accurate sales paperwork with attention to detail.
4. Represent our brand with pride and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Consignment and stock rotation of products at customer sites.
* Being a product knowledge superstar - we will teach you everything you need to know.
* Living our company values: Respect, Mateship, Honest, Do it Once-Do it Right and Have Fun.
Requirements
* MR licensed, or willing to obtain one.
* Forklift licensed, or willing to obtain one.
* Willing to work away from home 1 night per week or fortnight as required.
* Licensed and confident to drive a manual vehicle preferred.
* Self-motivated with strong communication skills and comfortable speaking to all personalities.
* Computer literacy for reporting and customer management.
* Physically fit & must be able to lift repetitively up to 30kg.
* Customer service experience with a passion to help our customers and achieve sales goals.
* Driven to learn new products and processes.
* High attention to detail.
* Great presentation is required, as you are the face of the Company (Uniform, safety boots and PPE provided).
