Shape the future of energy-driven industries
Your next role as an Account Manager within the Hilti Energy & Industry team will see you having direct customer contact with the existing customer base and also a proactive role in identifying new customers.
This role will focus on the South Australian Mining, Oil & Gas and Shipbuilding Industries, with a goal of making our customers more productive, safe and sustainable.
You will be responsible for growing sales by developing customers, introducing new products and services, and implementing sales strategies with our customers in South Australia.
Successful candidate can be based in Adelaide but will require to travel to Port Augusta & Whyalla for 5-10 days each month.
Fully paid for by the business.
What You'll Bring
Previous experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative or a customer facing role
Experience working within the Construction and Mining Industries is advantageous
Tertiary qualification is a plus
Solution selling and customer centric approach
A valid Australian drivers license
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is desirable
Motivated & capable of working independently, managing your own call cycle
Strong discipline, with the ability to manage accounts remotely and build relationships
Proven negotiation and influencing abilities with advanced planning skills
