This role sits across a global beauty conglomerate, working on a diverse portfolio of well-known and emerging brands. You'll lead integrated brand-building activity across PR, influencer, events, social and content, while also contributing to broader consumer projects across other categories, including retail, alcohol and FMCG. This is a senior, hands-on Account Director role requiring proven leadership, strategic confidence, and deep integrated experience.
* Lead day-to-day client relationships across high-profile beauty brands, driving strategy, creativity, and media impact.
* Oversee a talented team across multiple accounts, providing mentorship, structure, and opportunities for growth.
* Develop integrated communications strategies spanning earned, influencer, events, content, and social to deliver measurable results.
* Work closely with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities and lead responses to pitches.
* Collaborate with creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver ideas that connect culture, brand, and audience.
* Ensure work meets the agency's standards of excellence across storytelling and tone, delivery, and reporting.
* Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations with efficiency and confidence.
About you
* You are currently operating at the Account Director level within a PR environment, or you have the equivalent experience from a suitable in-house brand.
* A background in beauty communications is highly advantageous, but broader experience with consumer/lifestyle brands and navigating complex brand portfolios will be considered.
* Strategic thinker who can translate brand goals into creative and effective communication campaigns.
* Confident leader who motivates teams and builds trusted relationships with clients and media.
* Exceptional media network, with a track record of securing impactful earned coverage and partnerships.
* Strong understanding of the evolving media and influencer landscape, and how to use it to drive brand relevance.
* Commercially minded, with proven experience in account growth and agency profitability.
