Perform maintenance tasks efficiently and economically, following the Company Maintenance Control Manual, CASA regulations, and safety standards.
Support safe operations by adhering to safety laws, regulations, and promoting a strong safety culture.
Notify inspection personnel when verification is required and assist with tasks like aircraft towing when directed.
Foster teamwork and collaboration by maintaining strong working relationships with management, staff, and peers.
Stay informed about industry trends and promote continuous improvement by encouraging participation in enhancement initiatives.
Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and security compliance while championing safety reporting and adherence to OH&S and environmental regulations.
Who are we looking for?
If you have relevant experience and qualifications, along with enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a commitment to quality and safety, we want to hear from you!
Cert IV in Aeroskills or equivalent trade certificate with experience in base maintenance and CASA regulations. Experience on Embraer 190, Fokker 70/100, or Group 20 aircraft is a plus.
Committed to safety, JUST culture, and upholding Alliance’s safety and performance values. Must be able to obtain and hold a valid ASIC.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in teams, with excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated with initiative, good time management, and flexibility to work shifts if needed.
Proficient with computing, lateral thinking, and structured maintenance approaches.
Ability to pass background checks, medical screenings, drug and alcohol testing, and police checks.
Must hold a valid driver’s license and ASIC, with costs covered by Alliance Airlines.

About Alliance Airlines
Our new $60M Rockhampton Aviation Maintenance facility at Rockhampton airport provides Base Maintenance services for our fleet of E190 and F70/100 aircraft. Located in Central Queensland, Rockhampton offers all the conveniences of a vibrant riverside city, just 35 minutes from Yeppoon’s beaches.
Alliance owns its entire fleet, including 37 Fokker 70/100 aircraft and 31 Embraer E190s, with ongoing purchase commitments. We are a locally owned company with majority Australian and New Zealand shareholders.
