THE POSITION 
- Assist the Head Chef stock control, budgets, rostering, staff mentoring & trainingby supervising, and 
- Monitor and oversee the food production and menu-based catering on site 
- Ensure accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls, and maintain a high standard of food hygiene,safetyand cleanliness 
- Using first class produce, ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimum 
- Deliver to our client and customers high expectations of a premium experience 
THE PERSON 
- Minimum certificate III in Commercial Cookery 
- Leadership abilities and enjoys creating a positive work culture 
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavours. 
- Available to work a range of hours including weekends and public holidays 
- Knowledge of Food Safety & HACCP regulations 
- Driven with a creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation
