Northcott is a leading provider of disability services, supporting children and families through the NDIS Early Childhood Approach (ECA) service.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of children and families by supporting the delivery of the ECA at a local level. You will work closely with families to help children reach their full potential through effective planning and support while also fostering meaningful connections within the community.
You will be part of a passionate team of professionals who are dedicated to improving outcomes for children and families. Collaborating with your colleagues, you will contribute to positive outcomes through a flexible working arrangement that includes a mix of office, community, and home-based work.
* Support families through a child and family-centred approach, ensuring children receive the appropriate interventions based on best practice evidence.
* Complete functional assessments for children with developmental concerns or disabilities, determining their needs and ensuring timely referrals to appropriate support pathways.
* Connect families to community services and mainstream programs to enhance their social participation and access to essential services.
* Guide families through NDIS plan reassessments, gathering evidence, assisting with goal development, and ensuring the right support is in place.
