Motorcycles of Mandurah is one of Western Australia’s fastest-growing motorcycle and off-road dealerships, representing leading brands including Indian Motorcycle, Polaris, Kawasaki, and Honda Motorcycles.
As our business continues to grow, we are now looking for an experienced and driven Parts & Accessories Specialist to take ownership of our retail parts, apparel and accessories department.
This is a key leadership role within our dealership, responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building a retail environment that riders genuinely want to be part of.

About the Role
This is not just a counter sales role.
You will be responsible for leading and growing the retail side of our Parts & Accessories business, including:
• Driving retail sales performance across parts, apparel and accessories
• Managing inventory, stock control and supplier relationships
• Creating engaging and high-performing showroom displays
• Leading and mentoring retail team members
• Developing in-store promotions and merchandising strategies
• Ensuring every customer receives an exceptional, knowledgeable experience
• Working closely with Service and Sales departments to maximise opportunities
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who can take ownership and treat this department like their own business.
You will ideally have:
• Strong experience in retail, parts, or accessory sales (motorcycle or automotive preferred)
• Proven ability to drive sales and improve performance
• High attention to detail in stock management and presentation
• Confidence in dealing with customers and building long-term relationships
• Leadership experience or the desire to step into a leadership role
• A genuine passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle
