Role
The Content Creator will oversee and execute the production of video and photo content that aligns with Koh's brand identity and marketing goals. This junior-to-mid-level role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating video content that performs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing creative projects, coordinating with stakeholders, leading video production efforts, and ensuring timely delivery of assets.
What you 9ll do:
* Plan, film, and edit high-performing short-form video content across Meta, Tiktok, and YouTube
* Script and revise video ads, optimising based on performance data and platform best practices
* Quickly identify and react to social trends, producing timely, relevant content
* Collaborate with the broader marketing and content team to align on creative strategy
* Research and stay on top of emerging trends in both organic and paid content
* Occasionally appear on-camera as a host or brand ambassador as needed
* Manage multiple deadlines with efficiency, detail, and creativity under pressure
What you have:
* Strong skills in Video Production to create engaging media content
* Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
* Proven track record of producing high-performing creative for paid media, especially Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ads
* Demonstrated ability to film, edit, and deliver mobile-first video content (especially using iPhone)
* Proficiency in creative software tools and familiarity with current trends in digital content production.
* On-camera confidence for hosting social content
* Basic design skills (e.g., Figma)
* Familiarity with paid social performance metrics and reporting
