Are you passionate about guiding people through one of the most exciting journeys of their life – building their dream home? Our client is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to join their Osborne Park team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping each client’s first impression and setting their project up for success.
This is not your average admin role. You’ll be the trusted first point of contact, running prestart meetings end-to-end, answering questions with confidence, and helping clients make decisions that will bring their vision to life – all while ensuring budgets and timelines stay on track.
You’ll act as the central link between clients and key internal teams – sales, drafting and estimating, approvals, scheduling, and construction – making sure communication is clear and seamless. Your knowledge of interior and exterior finishes will shine as you guide clients through their choices with both professionalism and care.
Along the way, you’ll handle requests and concerns with patience, diplomacy, and problem-solving, building trust that lasts well beyond the preconstruction stage.

What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who
- Has experience in a WA residential building company (prestart experience highly regarded).
- Delivers exceptional customer service with strong, professional communication skills.
- Thrives on organisation, attention to detail, and working to deadlines.
- Is eager to learn and develop further (experience in Click Homes is desirable but not essential).
