As the company continues to grow dynamically in the financial technology landscape, we seek a Client Relations Specialist/Relationship Managers for our Vietnam operations.
This role involves engaging with clients to understand their trading needs, building strong relationships, and ensuring they receive the highest level of support.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Vietnam, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional support.
Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance their trading experience and ensure client satisfaction.
Provide clients with information on our products and services, helping them effectively navigate and utilize our trading platforms.
Conduct follow-up calls and check-ins with clients to gather feedback and ensure they are satisfied with our services.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.
Assist in identifying clients' needs and recommending appropriate financial products or solutions.
Develop and deliver tailored educational content and resources to help clients enhance their trading knowledge.
Consider contributing to the feedback loop for service improvement and new product development.
Qualifications
Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably within a financial services or fintech environment.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, including CFDs, forex, stocks, and digital currencies, and a passion for trading.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet client needs.
