This role involves working across the technology landscape to drive efficient technical decision making. You will collaborate with business and technology leadership to shape new change across the Customer and Enterprise Platform.
The successful candidate will be an influential member of the technology team, delivering great customer experiences for key customer-facing channels and internal employee base.
We make our customers' lives easier by delivering new features and removing friction in conjunction with enabling efficient processes for our employees.
About the Role
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or at least 10 years professional experience within Information Technology
* Strong technical background with experience across multiple technology disciplines such as infrastructure, software development, or support
* Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Understanding of software design for scalability, security, performance, and reliability
* Experience with Agile, Continuous Delivery, CI/CD Pipelines, QA methods and tooling
* Knowledge of development techniques and architectural patterns
* Experience with APIs, microservices and microservice architecture
* Solid knowledge of technology concepts such as client-server, SOA architecture, relational databases, web-based architectures & SDLC processes
