Key Responsibilities
* Lead a skilled team of water professionals to drive impactful outcomes on the Gold Coast's water infrastructure.
* Develop and implement effective strategies for project delivery, resource allocation, and business performance in water projects.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contribute to customer relationship management plans.
* Prepare and review technical reports, design deliverables, and planning studies to ensure high-quality outputs.
* Take a proactive role in securing new work and leading pursuit initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required; further technical training is highly desirable.
* More than 10 years of experience in water engineering, including formal leadership roles.
* A proven track record in managing project scope, budgets, and teams.
* Experience in business development, proposal management, and strategic planning.
