Greater Shepparton City Council, situated in the heart of the Goulburn Valley, is the fifth largest provincial centre in Victoria and has a well-developed economy due to its strong agricultural and irrigation base, with major industries related to food processing, manufacturing, transport and health care. Work Group Officer – Customer Service
Salary: $73,089.64 per annum

Full Time – Temporary (To 9 April 2027)
Aquamoves, Shepparton's leading leisure and wellbeing centre, is seeking a dedicated Work Group Officer Customer Service to support our front of house operations and ensure smooth, accurate and efficient administrative processes. This full time temporary role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant community focused facility during a maternity leave period.
In this role, you will:
* Manage customer feedback and ensure timely follow up by Coordinators
* Raise, receipt and maintain purchase orders and oversee ordering of Aquamoves stock items
* Process monthly invoicing and insurance memberships
* Respond to direct debit and finance enquiries
* Monitor and action customer service emails
* Support and train the Customer Service team
* Track staff certifications and compliance requirements
* Manage cash handling tasks including float counts and bank visits when required
* Prepare weekly operational updates for the Customer Service team
