About the role
We are currently seeking GP Medical Educators for 2026.
As a GP Medical Educator - FSP, you’ll:
Provide targeted support and education for GP registrars in FSP, guiding them from entry into the program through to fellowship via peer learning sessions and one-on-one support.
Collaborate with the operations team and external partners to ensure high-quality outcomes for registrars and practices.
Build strong relationships with registrars, supervisors, and practices, tailoring support to the individual needs for optimal training and progress.

Reporting to the Senior Medical Educator FSP, you’ll work collaboratively with the medical education and operations team to deliver and strength the FSP.
Skills & Experience
RACGP fellowship (or equivalent) and a passion for medical education
Hold current Australian specialist registration in general practice without addenda
Experience in teaching or mentoring registrars, medical students or peers will be highly valued
