About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients.
Your primary objective will be to increase sales and revenue by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and building long-term customer loyalty.
You will be expected to:
* Manage customer call cycles to new and existing customers addressing their needs and enquiries.
* Develop plans and strategies to achieve targets and objectives. This includes tracking and reporting of sales metrics and performance targets.
* Monitor market trends and conduct intelligence research.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers as well as negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with our customers.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and cost improvements.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who has a proven track record in managing customer relationships and increasing sales revenue.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Account management experience within the packaging industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Certification in Business or a related field is preferred.
* Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
