Synergie is seeking an entry level Civil Labourer to join us on the Sunshine Coast. This role is ideal for someone with a background in civil works, particularly road construction, who is looking to contribute to a dynamic team environment. The work is physically demanding and includes both day and night shifts, with weekend work as required. A strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and adaptability are essential.

Location: Sunshine Coast (RoadTek project)
Shifts: Day and night works, including weekends as required
Key Requirements:
Entry-level or junior construction experience (timber or bridge work advantageous)
High physical fitness and stamina
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety
Valid Queensland "C" class driver's license
Ability to integrate into a high-energy team environment
Willingness to participate in formal training (e.g., Civil Trades Development Program)
Pre-employment medical assessment required
