We are seeking an experienced and organised Admin Assistant to provide essential support to our team on a part-time basis (4 days per week).
What you'll be doing
- Providing excellent customer service to clients via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate client records and data in our systems
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments for our technicians
- Scheduling and coordination support
- Filing, reporting, and other administrative duties as required

- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in using cloud job scheduling software
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- A friendly and professional demeanour
- Willingness to learn and grow with the role
