Inclusion Support & Wellbeing Coordinator (Primary)
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Inclusion Support Coordinator (ISC) to support students with a range of needs within the College.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with students, teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individual learning plans and goals.
* Lead the Primary Inclusion Team while maintaining a small teaching load.
* Begin work in Term3 (negotiable) on a 6‐month contract, with a potential extension in2027 and the possibility of a permanent teaching role.
* Work in a co‐educational day school transitioning to Year12.
* Support students in a regional setting approximately 3 hours south of Darwin in the NT's fourth largest settlement.
