The Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and supporting onsite teams to ensure all construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will manage day‐to‐day operations, including the coordination of resources, plant, and subcontractors, while ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience overseeing civil construction activities across various site environments
* Strong planning, coordination, and time‐management capabilities
* Confident leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and communicate clearly
* Competent in reviewing and working from technical drawings and project documentation
* Demonstrated commitment to maintaining safe work practicesConstruction industry accreditation (White Card)
* Current driver's licence
* Ability to complete pre‐employment assessments
* Eligibility to work permanently in Australia
