Join the Petries Group at our Mitre 10 Trade Centre Orange
We're on the lookout for a reliable, organised person to join our Inventory team.
This job is all about keeping stock moving smoothly — receiving deliveries, checking orders, and making sure everything is in the right place and entered correctly. If you like things done properly, aren't afraid of a bit of hands-on work, and are comfortable using a computer, you'll fit right in.
What you'll be doing:
* Putting safety first — for yourself and your workmates
* Receiving and entering stock into our POS system
* Checking deliveries and handling special orders
* Keeping the stockroom tidy, secure, and organised
* Processing stock adjustments, returns, and credits
* Managing claims and warranty returns
What we're looking for:
* Someone organised with a good eye for detail
* Clear communicator who takes initiative and follows things through
* Comfortable working with computerised stock systems
* Forklift licence (essential)
* Experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not a must
* Physically fit — there's lifting and bulky items involved
If you're successful, you'll need to complete a pre-employment medical to make sure you're fit for the role.
If you want a steady role with a great local team and a business that values doing things right, we'd love to hear from you.
