Demant Group is seeking a dedicated skilled to lead the clinic operations and training programs for Audika in Australia. Your role will involve delivering high-quality onboarding and training sessions, developing confidence among Clinic Coordinators, and embedding best practices within the team.
Location and Attendance
Located at the North Ryde head office in Sydney, you are expected to attend the office at least 3 days per week.
This position is vital in enhancing team competence and ensuring exceptional client service across Audika's clinics.
