About the Opportunity
Join our team as an Assistant Manager and play a key role in delivering outstanding service, leading your team, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
* Demonstrated restaurant management experience in a premium a-la‐carté dining environment
* Restaurant opening experience is advantageous
* Proven track record in leading a high performing team
* Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew development
* Exceptional service skills and guest focus
* Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
* Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high‐pressure service periods
* Proven ability in building effective relationships
* Organisational and time management skills
* Experience using a Time & Attendance, and stock management system
* Exceptional communication and presentation
* Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
* Must possess a valid RSA certificate
* Qualification in Hospitality, Management or similar discipline
