Corporate Communications Leader Role
The Council is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's brand and image.
This leadership position is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies, providing key support to senior leaders, and working closely with the Executive to manage corporate priorities.
* Developing comprehensive communication plans to effectively manage the Council's brand and reputation
* Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved communication governance functions
* Leading a team to produce high-quality communications materials for Council meetings and events
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in marketing, communications, or related disciplines
* Prior experience in management, publications, and budgeting, with a valid Working with Children Check
* Eligibility to obtain a National Police Check, with relevant education in marketing, communications, media, or related fields
