UOW is seeking an accomplished and dynamic Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Structural Engineering to play a key role in strengthening research and teaching in Structural Engineering.
The successful candidate will teach students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and lead research in core areas of engineering mechanics and the analysis and design of structures. Key research strengths in structural engineering include:
- Analysis and design of composite and steel structures
- Structural performance under blast and extreme loading conditions
- Ecologically sustainable design and advanced structural materials
This is a permanent, full time appointment with a salary range of $119,491 - $163,693 + 17% superannuation, depending on experience.
