Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a robust reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
This role is responsible for providing excellent support to our customers by answering their questions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring they have a positive experience.
Work closely with other departments within the organisation to ensure seamless communication and effective resolution of customer queries regarding product information, order status, billing and payment issues.

Responsibilities
* Liaise with ALH states staff to resolve customer enquiries
* Identify opportunities for improvement within the department and working collaboratively with other departments to implement solutions
* Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications
* Passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service and building relationships over the phone
* Previous experience in a contact centre desirable but not essential as training will be provided
* Excellent phone manner
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Administrative and Sales experience (desirable)
* Computer literate with the entire Google suite
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A 'can-do' attitude aligned to the continuous improvement of our customer experience strategy
