Job Description

As the Manager - People Services, you will lead a small, high‐performing team responsible for delivering end‐to‐end HR services and supporting internal customers. Working closely with the Director - People & Productivity, this role manages all operational matters related to the employee lifecycle.

This is a hands‐on, influential role for someone who loves lifting service standards, improving processes and helping an organisation operate at its best.

Responsibilities will include:

* Lead end‐to‐end People Services delivery, overseeing payroll, compliance, policies, HR systems, staff movements, recruitment, remuneration and WHS to ensure smooth, accurate and high‐quality operations.
* Drive operational excellence by standardising, automating and optimising HR processes, reducing complexity and increasing efficiency across the employee lifecycle.
* Provide strategic HR insights, delivering high‐quality metrics, reporting and data‐driven recommendations that support organisational decision‐making and workforce planning.
* Develop, coach and empower a high‐performing team, setting clear objectives, providing expert escalation support, and fostering a culture of accountability, service and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have experience in a leadership position and a strong generalist HR background. You will bring:

* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
* Broad generalist experience across the full employee lifecycle
* Strong experience in inhouse payroll management and regulatory reporting
* A track record of improving processes, systems and HR service delivery
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to implement compliant, cost‐effective and user‐friendly services
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* A passion for developing people and lifting capability
* A continuous improvement mindset and drive for excellence
