Community Leadership Role
This is a key leadership position in our organisation, responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve community outcomes.
The role will lead the development of policies and procedures to enhance community infrastructure, social services and health programs across the Council area.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement health and wellbeing plans, including associated policies and procedures.
* Provide technical advice on community infrastructure needs and service requirements for large-scale redevelopment areas.
* Oversee community grants and funding programs, ensuring compliance and effective administration.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in community development, social services and health planning.
* Strong capability in research, data analysis and evidence-based policy development.
* Proven ability to lead technical staff and manage complex projects.
