**THE ROLE**

As the Retail Sales and Administration Officer at Erina, you will experience a truly diverse role. This role will primarily be working at Erina, with some requirements to travel and provide customer service and administration support to the Tuggerah store.

You will support the team by providing accurate and timely administrative support, whilst always maintaining a calm and friendly demeanour. You will motivate others in your team with your infectious passion for sales and customer service whilst inspiring our customers with an outstanding "experience" every time.

Reporting to the Store Manager and working within a team of passionate sales professionals, you support the team by providing accurate and timely administrative assistance whilst always maintaining a calm and friendly demeanour. Your drive and motivation to succeed will see you constantly developing your industry knowledge so that you are a true expert in your field.

**FOR YOU**

Your day-to-day tasks will include, but not be limited to:

- Placing orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Data entry and data maintenance
- Problem solving/troubleshooting
- Complaint handling and resolution
- Relationship management with both customers and suppliers

To be successful in this dynamic role, you will need to bring**:

- An aptitude for administration and organisation
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Outstanding communication both face to face and over the phone
- High levels of accuracy with valuable attention to detail
- Reliability and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Technologically savvy
