Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Gold Coast, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in market research, analysis, and strategic planning
* Proven experience in client relationship management and business negotiations
* Sales skills, including meeting sales targets and closing deals
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, trends, and tools
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
* Experience in the digital marketing industry is highly desirable
