You'll maintain, deliver, and support initiatives and BAU activities across the Enablement Framework – strengthening governance, improving systems, and supporting data‐driven decision‐making as we continue our evolution to deliver value through strategic procurement. This involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to apply best practices, meet business needs, and explore opportunities for optimisation and innovation.

What You'll Do
* Manage procurement transactional processes including POs, invoices, pricing, contracts, certifications, and supplier onboarding, ensuring service levels and compliance.
* Develop and support globally consistent procurement processes and establish clear ways of working across Direct Procurement, Enablement and supporting functions.
* Maintain and enhance procurement systems (e.g. PRMS, Ariba, JDE, SharePoint) and support global system implementations, including Bedrock readiness.
* Lead the development of tools, templates, and resources to enable category management best practice.
* Provide data and analytics for sourcing decisions, reporting, and continuous improvement.
* Support governance activities, including policy reviews, compliance, and audit readiness.
* Act as a trusted partner to internal teams, delivering responsive support and commercial insights.
About You
* Bachelor's degree and/or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field; CIPS Level 4 certification is a plus.
* Solid knowledge of best‐practice procurement, supplier management, and purchasing processes, including compliance and internal controls.
* Experience in stakeholder engagement, change management and project delivery, ideally in a food/FMCG environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with sound judgment and decision‐making ability.
* Strong organisational and project management skills, supported by proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools, including AI‐driven solutions.
