**What are we looking for?**
**In this role you will be responsible for**:
- Develop, implement, and maintain Health and Safety systems to meet legal and company standards and provide training for the provision of accurate records of incidents, accident investigations and other legally required Health & Safety documentation.
- Provide advice and support in the implementation of Health and Safety Systems, Procedures, and Policies including incident investigation, risk management.
- Provide all employees with adequate skills & knowledge regarding safe systems of work, policies & procedures to enable them to carry out their work in a safe, accident-free environment
- Develop and implement Emergency Response and Crisis Management Plans and oversee training and preparedness for the Emergency Response Team.**About you**:
- You will have thorough understanding of NSW statutory obligations relevant to WHS.
- You will have tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety or equivalent.
- You have a high regard for your personal safety and the safety of your teammates.
- You have the ability to follow a plan and the resilience to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- You demonstrate a positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to working proactively.
- You will be a team player with a high level of safety awareness, an attitude for outstanding performance, and a willingness to contribute to a winning team.**What we offer**:
