Key Performance Areas of the HR Administrator Role
About the Position:
* This position is responsible for managing the entire human resources function, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, and compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
1. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our HR Information System (HRIS) support and configuration.
2. They will ensure smooth employee onboarding processes, manage payroll administration, and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
3. This role will also involve driving recruitment activities from advertising to onboarding, as well as maintaining knowledge of employment awards and assisting with HR reporting and compliance.
4. The HR Administrator will champion process improvements and automation across HR functions.
Requirements:
* Applicants should possess a degree in Human Resources or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
* A strong understanding of Fair Work Act (FWA), National Employment Standards (NES), and relevant employment awards is essential.
* Experience with HR systems (ideally Employment Hero) and Microsoft 365 tools is highly desirable.
* The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
* They must be able to maintain confidentiality and deliver exceptional customer service.
