Responsibilities
You'll work alongside the Head chef and be required to run the kitchen regularly on their days off. The venue is a busy and vibrant venue, which serves bistro style food plus a full menu. This is a creative role and provides the right candidate the opportunity to work within an excellent team.
About you
Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
Can produce consistent quality
Have a positive and "can do" attitude
Own traditional uniform and knives
Have experience in quality a la carte dining
Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
