Sales & Marketing Manager – Cubicles & Washrooms
Based: Melbourne
Remuneration: $130,000 - $150,000 + $10,000 - $20,000 bonus & 1% of EBIT
Benefits: Travel expenses and mileage & benefits package
The role of the Sales & Marketing Manager – Cubicles & Washrooms will involve:
* Sales & Marketing Manager position promoting a range of commercial washroom products, Toilet Partition & Locker systems
* Will be responsible of managing the complete product portfolio
* Will be responsible to selling to distributors & wholesalers
* Travel will existing Account Managers to client visits (wholesalers)
* Lead product lifecycle activities including product planning, launches, updates and
* Analyse market trends along with customer feedback to inform on product & pricing strategy
* Collaborate with operations, and sales to drive new product development and enhancements
* Execute marketing campaigns across digital channels
* Manage company website content, SEO strategy, and online advertising to optimise traffic and lead generation
* Plan and coordinate industry tradeshows, events, and exhibitions
* Provide leadership to the purchasing officer, ensuring product availability, cost efficiency, and vendor relationships are aligned
* Support pricing strategies to balance profitability and market competitiveness
The ideal applicant will be an Sales & Marketing Manager – Cubicles & Washrooms with:
* Must have product sales marketing management experience
* Open in terms of products you've dealt with however construction, building materials would be advantageous (ideally washrooms)
* Must have people management experience
* Must have strong attention to detail skills
