Program Leader
This role presents an exceptional opportunity to develop leadership skills in a dynamic child-centred environment. As the leader of our team, you will oversee the delivery of engaging programs for children aged 4-12 years.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Program Development: Design and lead exciting activities like STEM sports cooking arts & crafts, tailored to inspire and engage children.
* Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our newly built OSHC room, including the kitchen office and shared outdoor yard.
* Team Management: Manage your team's roster, ensuring compliance and handling administrative tasks while fostering teamwork and professional growth.
This permanent full-time role offers 38 hours per week, including 6 hours paid non-contact admin time.
