This is a senior delivery leadership role within a well-established SaaS organisation, where you will take full ownership of customer delivery outcomes across a portfolio of enterprise clients.
Rather than operating within a traditional PMO structure, this role sits at the intersection of delivery, commercial accountability and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation outcomes, maintaining strong executive-level relationships, and safeguarding the commercial integrity of each engagement.

The role
You will lead delivery across multiple client engagements, acting as the senior point of accountability from initiation through to go-live and beyond.
Key responsibilities include:
* Owning end-to-end delivery across SaaS / PaaS implementations
* Acting as the primary point of contact for customers at a senior level
* Managing commercial performance, including budget, margin and change control
* Leading governance frameworks, including steering committees and executive reporting
* Driving delivery predictability across multiple concurrent programs
* Managing risks, issues and escalations with a solutions-focused approach
* Leading and influencing cross-functional delivery teams
This is a role for someone who takes ownership of outcomes and is comfortable operating with both delivery and commercial accountability.
