Position descriptionExciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer Position for an well-known and award winning services organisation based in Rhodes. You will be joining a supportive and close knit team, where each staff member is valued for their individual contribution to the team.
The company is located in Rhodes, and requires the successful candidate to work in the office 5 days a week. The successful candidate must be able to start immediately or in 1-2 weeks notice. Working within an accounts payable team, your responsibilities include:
* Process and code invoices
* Create and Maintain suppliers record in the system.
* Investigating and resolving discrepancies
* Resolving supplier queries via email and phone;
* Ad hoc accounts support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the accounts payable team.
*The successful applicant should have:*
* Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Officer or in a similar role
* Medium to advanced excel skills required - V-Lookups & X-Lookups required
* High attention to detail required, with methodical approach
* Excellent communication skills
* Be an active member of a team, with positive communication skills
