The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced
Senior Contract Administrator
to take a lead role on a
$200M multi-stage residential development
in Sydney's west.

You'll be working closely with a highly experienced Contract Manager, Project Director, Project Manager, Site Managers, and Engineers—playing a key role in the delivery of a major project while leading the commercial function in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities

* Contract Management: Lead the administration of construction contracts in line with project objectives and compliance standards.
* Cost Control: Oversee budgets, track costs, manage forecasts, and ensure financial reporting accuracy.
* Procurement: Manage tender preparation, evaluation, and subcontractor negotiations.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Documentation: Manage variations, progress claims, RFIs, and all contract-related correspondence.
* Team Leadership: Support and guide junior CAs, ensuring high standards across the team.

What We're Looking For

* Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator, with recent senior-level exposure
* Proven track record on large-scale Class 2 residential or mid-tier commercial projects
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure
* Proficiency with contract management software such as Jobpac or Cheops
