Estimator/Project Manager Role
This position is responsible for evaluating tender opportunities, managing the tender lifecycle, and preparing accurate tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate tender opportunities to assess suitability.
* Manage the tender lifecycle from assessment to supervisor handover.
* Prepare accurate tenders for approval and submission.
* Conduct take-offs and measure plans.
* Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and builders.
* Develop site tracking/budget sheets from tendered information.
* Procure key items.
* Submit variations and monthly progress claims.
* Expand client, subcontractor, and supplier base.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in estimating and project management in the commercial landscape environment.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
