Pool Cleaner / Technician
Our client is a highly respected, family-oriented pool service business with a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and exceptional customer care. They're now looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to join their growing team in Cairns.
About the Role
In this practical and rewarding role, you'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining swimming pools for both residential and commercial clients. You'll receive full training to gain accreditation and become a qualified Pool Technician.
Clean and maintain swimming pools and spas
Test and balance water chemistry
Diagnose and assist with pool equipment repairs and replacements
Deliver friendly, professional customer service
Maintain a clean and organised vehicle and equipment
Represent the company with integrity and reliability
About You
You may already have experience in pool care, landscaping, construction, or another outdoor trade — but most importantly, you're someone who's reliable, punctual, and eager to learn. This role will suit someone who is physically fit, enjoys hands-on work in all weather conditions, and wants to build a stable future for themselves and their family.
Open driver's license (essential)
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Excellent time management and communication skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and grow within the business
Experience in a similar industry (landscaping, construction, maintenance) is desirable but not essential
Current Police Clearance Certificate or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
