Responsibilities
* Responsible for the market development, channel system construction, sales policy formulation of Lexar storage products in Australia, and achieving annual sales targets;
* Responsible for insight into national needs (market, competition, consumers, channels, markets, etc.), formulate national product plans based on the results of the insights, and plan and target new market product deployment;
* Responsible for market channel construction, large KA customer management, agent management, and assistance and assessment of channel customer retail capacity improvement.
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of overseas sales experience in consumer electronics products, Japanese / English can be used as working language;
* Chinese, can work in the target country (Australia) for a long time and adapt to local culture.
* Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills, the ability to actively communicate and cooperate across departments;
* Responsible and enterprising, able to lead the team to actively respond to more categories of business, strong sense of achievement, new market development spirit, high self-drive, and able to accept a high-intensity work rhythm.
