What a Day Can Look Like
Start the day with personal care and medication support for a client. Next, assist another with domestic tasks like vacuuming, mopping, or preparing a meal. In the afternoon, head out grocery shopping with a client—sharing stories, laughs, and helping them stay independent. No two days are the same, but each one is meaningful.
What You\'ll Bring
- Passion for helping others
- Cert III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or working towards it
- Driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, First Aid/CPR, WWCC
- Confidence using smartphones/tablets
What We Offer
- 32.74 – 33.81/hr + 12% super
- 0.99/km travel allowance + mobile allowance
- Salary packaging up to $15,900
